Hello!

My name is Semiya Soliz. I have worked in the public school setting for almost ten years. This year I am teaching American Sign Language 1 and College and Career Foundations. Previously, I worked in Special Education under the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program. I received my undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and will soon graduate with my Masters in Education with an emphasis on Social Emotional Learning.

Class Materials: Our classes will be using Canvas, Google Meet, and Remind for classroom activities, live sessions, and communication. All of my lessons and assignments are posted on my Canvas webpage.
