Hello, 

My name is Raul Quintero and I teach SAI Study Skills, SAI US History and SAI Government/Econ at Heritage High School. We will be using Google Classroom in all my classes. I hold a Special Education Credential.  My undergraduate is in Sociology with an emphasis on Teaching and I also have a masters in Special Education. 

I have been with the district for 9 years.  I have taught several different classes in high school, middle school and in the US Armed Forces.  I have also been a collaborative teacher in many different classrooms over the years.  I am the Varsity Assistance Coach for the Girls Soccer team. 

I was born and raised in Southern California but have traveled to many parts of the world in my military and civilian life.  I am married to a beautiful but deadly military wife and have three boys and 1 step-daughter. We enjoy swimming in the pool, watching sports and going on-road adventures.
