Welcome all!

I, Ms.Tavakolian, am your Education Specialist for both Perris Lake High School and Scholar Plus Online Learning Academy (SOLA).

I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Urban Planning and Real Estate and a minor in Real Estate Appraisal at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.  Later, I earned my Master of Arts (M.A.) in Special Education at Cal State San Marcos to support the needs of all students with mild to moderate disabilities.

When I first came to Perris Union High School District, I had the honor of working at both the Academy Community Day School and Perris Lake High School.  I was deeply saddened at the closing of the Academy and have fond memories of many wonderful students from that site.

In addition, I have worked in two other school districts, one in Orange County and one in Santa Cruz, where I taught all subjects in elementary and middle school grades; and, taught Language Arts, Algebra, and World Civilization at the high school level.  I have also worked at another continuation school site in the past.
