Hello! I am Deanna Meijer and this is my 8th year teaching in PUHSD. I currently teach PE 9 and 10, as well as Athletic PE. I also coach the girls' basketball team at Heritage. 

I graduated from Cal State San Marcos with my Bachelor's in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Exercise Science. I earned my Master's in Education from National University. 

I have two dogs, love to work out, and recently have been hiking/backpacking. 

I am looking forward to this school year and interacting with my students virtually, until we can meet in person! I will be using Canvas for all assignments and my email is deanna.meijer@puhsd.org.
