I am Coach Sowa. I have been teaching Physical Education at Pinacate Middle School since 2015. I am also the Girl's Volleyball coach. I received my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Cal State San Bernardino. I have a Masters in Education from Cal Baptist University. I love staying active and love to share the importance of physical activity with my students.

For Distance Learning I will use Google Classroom as the learning management system for all my PE classes. Students will have access to Google Classroom link through CANVAS. Plus, a code will be e-mailed to all my students.
